Hi, I’m Sid Hegde — a Financial Coach and Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) who helps individuals and families bring structure, clarity, and confidence to their finances.
My journey into financial coaching didn’t begin in a classroom — it began with my own struggles. Despite earning a good salary in my corporate career, I often found myself wondering where my money had gone by the end of the month. I realised that while I was managing multimillion-dollar projects successfully, I wasn’t applying the same discipline, rigour and strategy to my personal finances.

Through trial and error, I started to change that. I began treating my finances like a project — setting goals, tracking progress, and building systems that worked for me. Slowly but surely, my financial situation improved, and so did my relationship with money.

Family and friends began to notice the change and started turning to me for advice. Helping them brought me immense satisfaction — and I realised that guiding others on their financial journey was something I truly loved.

That realization inspired me to formalize my learning. I became a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) through the Institute of Bankers (IOB), Ireland, and graduated from The Financial Coach Academy®, deepening my understanding of both the practical and behavioural sides of money.

Before moving into financial coaching, I spent over 25 years in IT and Project Management, leading complex multimillion-dollar global programs across three continents. This experience gave me a unique perspective on how different cultures manage money and taught me the value of structure, accountability, and clarity — principles that now shape my coaching approach.

I also hold an Executive MBA from the National University of Ireland, Galway, which complements my coaching practice with strong business and strategic insight.

Today, I combine my corporate experience, financial expertise, and passion for helping others to empower clients to take control of their money — without stress or getting overwhelmed.

If you’re ready to bring structure, confidence, and purpose to your financial life, I’d love to help you create a plan that truly works for you.
